The founder, Master Lin Jinshan, has been engaged in making steamed buns and stuffed steamed buns for more than 30 years. I have been exposed to the noodle industry since I was young, from being a baozi apprentice, master, to running a shop. Throughout this journey, my unwavering philosophy remains the persistence of traditional cuisine.
Since its establishment in 1991, in line with the principle of providing good quality and professional attitude, giving customers the best products, adhering to the concept of steady development, pursuing sustainable operation and growth, only good ingredients can have good taste, so that customers can feel this ordinary but not simple delicious!
