About

The founder, Master Lin Jinshan, has been engaged in making steamed buns and stuffed steamed buns for more than 30 years. I have been exposed to the noodle industry since I was young, from being a baozi apprentice, master, to running a shop. Throughout this journey, my unwavering philosophy remains the persistence of traditional cuisine.

Since its establishment in 1991, in line with the principle of providing good quality and professional attitude, giving customers the best products, adhering to the concept of steady development, pursuing sustainable operation and growth, only good ingredients can have good taste, so that customers can feel this ordinary but not simple delicious!

Our specialty is that all doughs are a combination of old dough and natural yeast. Old noodles are added during the dough making process, and after multiple fermentation processes, the buns and steamed buns taste more fluffy and elastic, and the skin is solid and chewy.
